The Mobile Crisis Support Team is a collaboration between Behavioral Health and Law Enforcement to respond together to emergency calls for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Mobile crisis services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of trained behavioral health professionals. Mobile crisis services provide rapid response, individual assessment and community-based stabilization to Medi-Cal members who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. In this case, an in- depth assessment appointment will be scheduled, typically within one week of the Triage screening.
