First go to your skindex skins, then you will see a x in the right of your skin. Click that and it will say something like Do you want to delete your skin? you press ok or go and that skin has been deleted. At least I have a skin (from Skindex) that I put on before the launcher update, so I am not Steve. I hope these issues are fixed when skins come back to the launcher.
