You can add a bill to pay anyone in the United States that you would normally pay by check or automatic debit, even if you do not receive bills from the company or person you want to pay. This list includes the bills you receive electronically as well as those that you have set up to pay automatically. You can still pay the bills using Pay Bills, but you won't be able to view the bills online from the Payment Center. Authority Levels Your authority level determines whether you can stop electronic bills: The Level 1 User and Level 2 Users can stop electronic bills, regardless of the payments that are pending or in process for the biller. Eligible transactions DO NOT include ATM transactions, checks, deposits or other account credit memos, automatic transfers to or from your checking account to any other Citizens Bank account (including loan and line of credit accounts), credits to debit cards, or payments originated as a check by you, and submitted to your account. Why should I group my billers? Groups allow you to organize your billers to make them easier to find in the Payment Center. For example, you can create a Utilities group to organize your electric, gas, and phone billers or a Consultants group to organize billers who provide various consultation services. What is the Unassigned group? Initially, all billers are organized in the Unassigned group. Viewing the Bill Detail You can view details about any bill in the Bill History list, including invoice and audit information if they apply. You can also perform the following tasks: If the payment has already been processed and you have a problem with it, contact the biller. If your problem isn't resolved, you can send us a payment inquiry or send us a message using the secure Message Center. Receive some of your bills online through Pay Bills. We can receive electronic bills from hundreds of billers nationwide. Set up automatic payments to pay your electronic bills or to automatically schedule payments of a set amount at regular intervals.
