This report highlights a period of significant activity, engagement on improving rights and services for victims and survivors of crime across Canada. Our report reflected insights gathered from victims, stakeholders, and experts, emphasizing the need to view the justice system through a victim’s lens. Our recommendations are feasible and do not require a complete overhaul of the system.
