If you cannot log into Office 365 on your Windows PC, first verify your internet connection and ensure the device date/time is correct. This issue occurs when the Microsoft Authenticator app fails to sync with your Office 365 account, causing a login loop. First, ensure your iPhone’s date and time settings are set to automatic. Next, try removing and re-adding the Office 365 account in the Authenticator app. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Also, verify network connectivity and check for any pending.
