From the Grand Parade and market stalls to sheep, shearing, working dogs, vintage vehicles, food, entertainment and the crowd favourite Dog High Jump… there really is something for everyone at the Festival of the Fleeces ️ Is your dog ready to defy gravity? The crowd-favourite Dog High Jump is back at the Festival of the Fleeces – and it’s going to be paws-itively. Large Dogs, shoulder height 50cm & over. Please note, waivers will need to be completed to enter this event. These can be found here, or at our Secretary's office. Its Show Time !! The event features special guest Marlene Brewer, a favorite from ABC’s Muster Dogs, alongside exciting auctions and raffles. Bookings are required, tickets cost $15 per person. Equestrian Events: Horse jumping, hack and galloway rings, and Australian Stock Horse challenges. Entertainment: Kaboom Fireworks, Dog High Jump, whip cracking, magicians, and carnival rides provided by the Showman’s Guild. I understand I must have my dog on a leash and under full control prior to and after competing. I agree to follow any instructions given to me on the day by a representative of the Festival of the Fleeces at the event. Run by a handler, each dog competes to jump up an ever-increasing vertical wall to decide a winner - which keeps the audience on edge. This event also has high-energy music and educational components.
